Exhibitor Opportunities

The industry exhibition space will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions and breaks. Booth reservation will be on a “first come first served basis”. Participation will be limited to 30 booths. We encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment.

3. Exhibition Booth Details

Exhibition booth early registration fee is 16,000CNY or 2,500USD.

Exhibition booth late registration after May 25th 2018 is 19,000CNY or 3,000USD.


- 3m × 2m booth (two or three sides open access) (front side open access only)

- Installation and removal of a single-line company identification sign

- One electricity socket, one table, two chairs and two spotlights

- Company logo prominently displayed on the conference website with URL link

- Company information and assigned booth number in the book of abstracts

- Conference attendance including all poster sessions

- All daily coffee breaks

4. Exhibitor Attendees

Each booth rental includes two full delegate registration, allowing full participation in the conference scientific activities, the conference programme booklet, the welcome reception, the conference banquet and coffee breaks. Additional company representatives will need to register as delegates

7. Terms and Conditions

a. Cancellations

A $300 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received before July 9th 2018. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after July 9th 2018. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to lailongwei@sinap.ac.cn.

b. Shipping Information

Overseas exhibitors in plan of shipping large equipments for demonstration should contact us at least 4 months.

c. Booth Etiquette

During Exhibition opening hours, booths should be attended by an authorized representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.

The Conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.

d. Sub-letting

Exhibitors will not be allowed to sublet booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.

e. Compliance

The Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions and codes of duly authorized local and national law concerning fire, safety and health, together with the rules and regulations of the Parkyard Hotel.

f. Hold Harmless Clause

The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor’s activities in the Parkyard Hotel and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Parkyard Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims
